9 umbrella families → 23 sub-states, with parallel human (HUGO) and mouse (MGI) gene symbols, up/down markers, protein markers, denoised gene sets, and DOI-linked references. Mouse symbols are computationally mapped from the human set (with a curated exceptions table); mouse-only homeostatic markers (Fcrls, Siglech) are restored on the mouse side.
